On September 29th, the fully welded rotary dehumidifier tailored by Boxin Technology for the Solid State Battery Joint Laboratory of a certain science and technology innovation center was successfully shipped. This device will serve key areas in the laboratory, providing customers with a stable and reliable low dew point air environment.

In response to the special usage requirements of the project at room temperature and ultra-low dew point, the technical team of Boxin Technology has deeply matched the laboratory operating parameters: ambient temperature of 23 ℃, and dew point stable control at -55 ℃ or below. This parameter belongs to the high-precision low dew point drying environment standard, which is much higher than the conventional industrial dehumidification requirements. It places extremely high demands on the core wheel adsorption efficiency, sealing structure, air duct system, temperature control logic, as well as leak proof and anti cold bridge processes of the equipment.

Based on these requirements, the project team customized the design from heat and humidity load calculation, air volume matching, system selection, control strategy to energy efficiency optimization. In response to the difficulties of deep dehumidification, regeneration efficiency, sealing performance, and control accuracy under low dew point conditions, the team has undergone multiple rounds of debugging and verification to ensure that the unit operates stably under the set conditions and all parameters meet customer requirements.

Before shipment, the equipment has undergone factory testing and parameter verification, and protective packaging has been prepared. As the equipment is loaded and shipped, the customized dehumidifier will be rushed to the project site and enter the installation, commissioning, and operation support stage.
